Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped via UPS within two business days and take 4-6 business days to arrive. All orders are shipped with Signature Required - unless signature is waived at the time of order.

PLEASE, no P.O. Boxes.  Street address is preferred.

If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO, the shipping method used will be the U.S. Postal Service. There will be a charge for this type shipping.  Please call or e-mail if you require faster shipping.

International orders will only be shipped with Fed Ex International. Please e-mail shop@backstoreonline.com for a shipping quote. Make sure to include the exact shipping address with postal code.

If your order is not in stock or if it is a special order, you will be e-mailed within two business days within estimated delivery dates.
